Terrace & Thyme

Terrace & Thyme is a gentle simulation where you turn a bare city rooftop into a thriving garden. You plant, water, harvest and slowly unlock new beds, tools and recipes. It runs in real time but never nags you with push notifications, which instantly made me like it more.

The loop is simple but satisfying. Figuring out which crops pair well, cooking small dishes for neighbours and watching your rooftop fill in gives a steady drip of little rewards. It's the sort of game you check a few times a day without feeling owned by it.

It's light on challenge, so don't expect a test of skill. What it offers is calm, and it delivers that reliably. A good one to keep installed for when you want something to tend rather than conquer.
